Welcome to mysportcal — your matchday co‑pilot. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. We’ve kept the language clear and friendly, with just enough legal steel to protect everyone on the pitch.

1. Using mysportcal

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
• Keep your account credentials secure and your details accurate.
• Don’t abuse the service, disrupt others, or attempt to bypass security. Play fair.

2. Subscriptions and billing

• We offer free and paid plans. Prices may change — we’ll notify you in advance when required.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner. We don’t store full card details.
• You can cancel anytime; your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds are handled case‑by‑case where required by law or at our reasonable discretion.

3. Calendars, feeds, and tokens

• We provide ICS feeds and connections to services like Google, Apple, and Microsoft 365.
• Your personal ICS links and access tokens are like your captain’s armband — do not share them publicly.
• We may rotate tokens or rate‑limit feeds to prevent abuse and keep things reliable.

4. Acceptable use

• No scraping, bulk re‑publishing, or re‑selling of fixture data or alerts without permission.
• No unlawful content or activity. Respect leagues’ and broadcasters’ rights.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the service.

5. Content and accuracy

We aggregate fixtures and updates from official sources and trusted providers, but football is fluid — kick‑off times, venues, and broadcasts can change. We work hard to keep everything accurate and timely, but mysportcal is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, mysportcal and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or loss of data, opportunities, or profits arising from your use of the service. If we’re found liable, our total aggregate liability will be limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or £0 for free plans).

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data. By using the service, you also agree to our privacy practices.

8. Changes to the service

We’re always improving. Features may change, be limited, or removed. If we make significant changes, we’ll aim to give reasonable notice.

9. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless your local law gives you mandatory consumer protections that require otherwise.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we’ll provide notice (for example, by email or an in‑app message). Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
